Triathlon Volunteer Sign-up

Do you want to help make Regional and National sporting events successful? Do you want to give back to the community? Of course you do.  Events do not happen with out GREAT VOLUNTEERS!!! That’s right, they don’t happen. Every event needs volunteers to make things click.  Our staff works hard behind the scenes to get thing ready but, you are the key to our success! KLM Marketing Solutions  is pleased to offer a great way to give back to the community, make money for your team or group and get free entry fees into the events that you love to compete in. What does it take?

Individual Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 hours work/volunteer is required for any KLM Marketing Solutions event.
  • All Volunteers must sign-up via www.klmmarketingsolutions.com
  • All volunteers must sign a volunteer waiver.

Group Requirements:

  • To receive a group donation of $250 a minimum of 15 volunteers must be provided for an event.
  • To receive a group donation of $500 a minimum of 30 volunteers must be provided for an event.
  • Minimum of 5 hours work/volunteer is required for any KLM Marketing Solutions event.
  • All volunteers must sign-up via www.klmmarketingsolutions.com
  • All volunteers must sign a volunteer waiver.

What do you get?

  • Free race entry fees: For every volunteer that provides the minimum 5 hour shift of volunteering; a free entry fee will be provided to that volunteer. This entry fee will be provided in the form of an online comp code that can be redeemed for any KLM Marketing Solutions event. Entry fees may not be redeemed until the volunteer actually works the required 5 hour shift. Free race entry fees do apply to groups that volunteer in addition to the cash donation that is being offered.
  • Free T-Shirt: Each volunteer will receive a KLM Marketing Solutions Volunteer shirt. The shirt is to be worn while working the event. This will make you stand out and be recognized as someone who makes the events happen!
  • Free Food & Beverage: As a volunteer you will have access to food & beverage at each event. This will range from Fruit, Bagels, Sandwiches and various beverages.
  • Community Service Hours: KLM Marketing Solutions will write letters of support to individuals or groups stating that community service hours were completed
